🏨 User-Friendly Booking System: Guests can easily book their rooms, check availability, and make payments through a seamless, automated system.

💳 Payment Integration: Payments can be made via Paystack or Monnify, offering multiple options including bank transfer, debit card, USSD, or bank payments.

👥 Three User Roles:

• Users can browse, book, and manage their reservations.

• Organizers can list properties and manage bookings.

• Admin has full control over the platform, overseeing all activities and configurations.

🔑 Property Management: Organizers manually upload and approve listings for their properties. Only the organizer who created a listing can approve its content.

💼 Customizable Organizer Accounts: Organizers can register, list their properties, and manage bookings while paying a commission to the Admin for each booking made.

💸 Admin Commission Management: Admin can set and adjust the commission rate for each booking. For example, if a booking generates N1M, the admin takes 10% (N100k), while the remaining N900k goes to the organizer.

💳 Centralized Payments: All payments processed through the platform go directly to the Admin’s Paystack or Monnify account.

🔄 Unlimited Booking Flexibility: Users can make multiple bookings or modifications as needed.

📢 Admin Announcement Features: Admin can run advertisements, send email notifications, and post general announcements across the platform.

🛠️ Full Control by Admin: The admin has full control over all aspects of the platform, including adding/removing listings, setting commissions, and creating extra pages (e.g., About Us, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, etc.).
